n 2009 my life took an extraordinary turn; after entering a video cooking contest hosted by Paula Deen I was chosen out of thousands of contestants, as the Host for Kraft Foods The Real Women of Philadelphia web site. Thus started my professional hosting and recipe development career!  I was lucky to work with amazing professionals like Paula Deen, Libbie Summers, the crew at Meddin Studios in Savannah and The producers and directors from Eqal in Los Angeles. After two years hosting The Real Women of Philadelphia I had more lifelong foodie friends than I thought possible and a new show of my own on The Food Channel web site; Chat ‘n Dish.  Chat ‘n Dish is now featured on Koldcast TV, ifood.TV, Kitchen Daily and many others!

My goal is to share my passion for cooking with seasonal fresh ingredients, to show you how to own your kitchen, to teach you just how easy it is to be your family’s cooking star, to explore nature’s bounty and travel together on a path of sharing great food with fantastic friends!
