In this segment I am wrapping up the year with in my opinion one if not the most important aspects of our life, self-confidence. I will be talking about the importance of self-confidence, how to build it or get it back if you have lost it. I will also speak about the relationship between self-confidence and self-esteem. In this segment you will be given some daily affirmations designed to enhance your self-confidence and some daily routines that will aid you in developing your self-confidence, as well as a superior mindset. I will also speak about the effect regular exercise and a proper diet have on your self-confidence as well.
