Encouragement & Inspiration! Let's Talk About It, Then Pray About It. A Black History Moment….Rev. William Barber, Sr. Sunrise: April 3, 1907 ~ Sunset: September 14, 1971 "Queen Mother" Annie Mae Barber Sunrise: October 17, 1917 ~ Sunset: December 29, 2007.  Founder and Co-Founder of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church 500 Platt Street Bridgeport, Connecticut 06606. “The Mother Church” of I Believe God Ministries, International. Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live long and that it may go well with you in the land your God is giving you. (Deuteronomy 5:16) Good people will be remembered as a blessing (Proverbs 10:7) Because someone we love is in heaven, there is a little bit of Heaven in our hearts “Gone But Always Remembered”

Rev. William Barber, Sr. was the Patriarch and “Queen Mother” was the Matriarch of our family. Most importantly, during their lives, they continued to be devoted committed servants of God and a man and woman of prayer, faith, love and power. Rev. Barber and Queen Mother were unequivocally people of integrity, role models of strength, determination, love, perseverance and they also served as mentors to many. They lived through the black history struggle, and continued to make positive strides in their daily Christian service. We are very pleased and thankful to The Mighty God that He blessed our beloved Founder and Co-Founder to see and enjoy their work, fruit and labor of love. Now their work of Ministry certainly follows them!

Well Done Thy Good and Faithful Servants
