Dr. Barber is the Founder of The Interpersonal Connection (TIC), an organization that provides Stress Awareness and Stress Management Workshops and Consulting Services. Dr. Barber is a Spiritual Advisor and a Life Coach who is fueled by a passion to fulfill God’s mandate for these turbulent times.
