Rejection and Running a Non-Profit Organization – The Role of Resilience.

I’d like to talk about what non-profit organizations go through as far as rejection.  As a non-profit, most of the funds that come into an organization come in through donations.  These donations come from individuals, corporate entities, and government agencies.  The first step to make these donations happen is “the ask”.  Along with the making the ask, people will need to get used the rejection of someone saying “No”.
