Meg Phillips is Holistic Hypnotherapist, A Polarity Therapist, Energy Educator, a Reiki Master and Homeopath. Meg is passionate about supporting others, as a Therapist offering to her clients, as a teacher to her students, a Therapist to another and the Community, especially disadvantaged minority groups.

Meg studied Religion at University, her particular interest being Japanese Buddhism. She studied a range of alternate therapies for many years whilst still teaching until an incident in classroom was the catalyst to set up her own business .

With her many qualifications, life experience and skills behind her, she has found her own unique way of offering who she has discovered herself to be in the world. She was instrumental in gaining funding over the past year for a Friendship Group. This project is for migrant and refugee women and is part of a larger project called Women Building Bridges (bridging the cultural divide between new arrivals and long term residents)

As a Therapist she fusing Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Homeopathy and  Hypno/coaching  to successfully work with her clients.

Over the last year she has been writing two courses for Therapists  to add to the existing  practices and to support  them to look after themselves as a Therapist. Homeopathic  “Emotional First Aid for Therapists” course. These are an Introduction to Polarity Therapy and Energy Coaching.

We discuss a range of topics including Labyrinths, religious texts ,different alternative therapies and the courses she has developed for therapists and individuals and her passion in Community work supporting women’s groups.
