We renew ourselves constantly. Our cells are replaced, our lives change, our attitudes alter as we mature, yet there is so much that we hold on to without even being aware. Old beliefs, even those we cannot claim as our own. We build a reality, a kind of self truth about who we are and how life works. At some stage of our life we find this no longer feels real or supportive of who we want to be or how we want to live our lives. 
Then it is time to learn new ways and discover the fluidity of life and the amazing power we hold for creating our own reality.
