You can Have it all: this week we interview Josephine Thompson who will inspire you to live your life to its fullest potential.
Are you: •Overwhelmed, and disconnected from the people who matter? •Trapped by money or debt? •Plagued by a piercing sense of dissatisfaction? •Stressed out, anxious and burned out? •Fearful of taking those big leaps of faith to achieve the life you want? •Suffering from worrying physical symptoms or health problems?
Having survived cancer twice, most recently a brain tumor, and learning some important life lessons along the way, I am passionate about helping others achieve greater levels of inner peace, joy, freedom and personal fulfillment. I know first hand how paralysing fear can be – whether it’s a fear of failure, of success, of inadequacy, or of rejection. Fear is the glue that keeps you in place. It keeps you from moving ahead and realising your dreams. But more importantly fear and stress has a deleterious effect on your body and can create dis-ease. During my experiences with cancer I reflected a lot on who I was, how I was living my life, and what my life was really about. People often say you learn the most in your darkest hours and this was true for me. I managed myself through this time by creating space for me to deeply connect with and be with ‘me’. This journey revealed that my ‘calling’ in life is to care deeply, connect playfully, love intensely, and share generously; joyfully explore, learn, grow, and prosper; and creatively, brilliantly, and honorably serve the highest good of all.
