Today I am featuring a replay of Kaye Gartner's show ‘Talk about Healthy’ with her interview with Christine Hamilton who is an interior designer. Kaye discusses Christine’s journey to health through knee degeneration, back pain and how Christine lost weight and changed her body shape.
Kaye is a practicing acupuncturist and clinical director of Kaye Gartner’s Health Centre in Sydney in the northern suburbs.
Kaye and I joined as collaborators to feature each other’s shows. Kaye will sometimes replay my shows also on Wednesday mornings so if you have missed some of them go to the 11am Wednesdays timeslot on her show ‘Talk about Healthy’.
