Leslee Hughes is a passionate leader who inspires those around her to become the best they can be on their journey. She is one of the most senior members of Core Energetics here in Australia and an experienced body mind psychotherapist that is a Somatic Psychotherapist.

Leslee believes in the power of this dynamic modality to radically change and heal people’s lives at a very deep level. She was part of the very first training here in Australia and was privileged to have experienced the very best teachers in Core, starting with none other than the founder, John Pierrakos.

Core Energetics enables Leslee to read your body character revealing personality traits, challenges in life and health, strengths and weaknesses and barriers to the capacity to love and be loved. To hide what we really feel, as we often do, accumulates junk within our being and Core Energetics is a grounded supportive process that enables you to explore and release many old unwanted feelings and to return to a life of flow, love, emotional and physical health and well being.

Leslee’s driving force, balance, deep compassion and understanding for her clients comes from having a committed relationship of 36 years with her husband Steve, 3 beautiful daughters and 2 grandchildren Ailah and Fraser.
