Ballet For All Kids - Bonnie Schlachte

MGN Radio welcomes the Founder/Director of Ballet for All Kids Bonnie Schlachte to our show. Bonnie has worked extensively with children and adults with Autism and other Developmental Disablities in various settings since 1993. In 2008, Bonnie founded Ballet for All Kids, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a classet ballet education to all children regardless of their abilities or disabilities.  Bonnie developed the Schlachte Method to assist children with disablities to gain the most out of a classical ballet education.  Bonnie was trained in the Royal Academy of Dance system through the intermediate level and then proceded to become a Maryland Arts Scholar in Dance and a Maryland Creative Arts Scholarship Recipient.  Bonnie currently  teaches over 80 children with special needs classical ballet in the Los Angeles area. She has been featured on numerous TV shows and in TIME magazine. We can't wait to learn more about this great Mom run company!!
