Another week another conference. This week Cathy is perched somewhere around 8,000 feet up at the Fortune BrainstormTech conference in Aspen, CO. Since the conference schedule and the live broadcast time don't jibe, Cathy dug into her audio archives to bring a series of great interviews she's done over the last half dozen years. The interesting thing about these interviews is how evergreen the discussions really are - Inventor Dean Kamen talks about his take on innovation and inventing and where those things intersect; YouTube Founder Chad Hurley talks about being a "fresh-faced" entrepreneur (the interview was done about 6 months after he launched the company); European entrepreneurial phenom turned investor, Martin Varsavsky and former Businessweek Journalist turned tech analyst and blogger (he left the publication when the publication ceased being a publication), Steve Wildstrom talking about the impact of social media on media.

The Conversation is not about technology. It's about what you do with it. Jumping from this basic premise, each week The Conversation's Executive Producer & Host Cathy Brooks explores the bits and bytes that are changing the way people get and share information, interact and the way in which this is fundamentally changing social and professional interactions. Each week guests ranging from up and comer entrepreneurs to seasoned influencers and everyone in between join Cathy to talk about what they do, why they do it and how their personal story fits into the mix.
