Take a listen to part two on surviving loneliness at Christmastime. One out of five adults will be spending the holidays feeling alone or being alone. Some people live far from family and miss seeing their loved ones this time of year. It’s also common for people to feel emotional distance from people and long for closer connections with friends, or wish for a supportive romantic relationship, and find themselves feeling isolated during the holidays. Listen to my co-host, healer, spiritual teacher, herbologist, and Holistic Coach Ada Adams and I discuss this subject some more in part 2!
