Discussion of Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar's proposal to the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Senate regarding the future and sustenance of America's wild horses and burros which have flourished in the West–––and symbolize America's "free" iconic heritage. Also slated for discussion will be the current status of the ROAM act (Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act) approved by Congress in 1971.
