Allegations of many scandalous affairs have led to media condemnation of the world’s first billion dollar athlete. For nearly three months, Tiger Woods has completely avoided the press. But on February 19, 2010, Tiger held a press conference where he openly apologized to his wife and mother amongst others. Was this open apology necessary?
