Founder of The Wisdom Institute, Jansenius T. Lange Jr. (JTL) joins us to share simples steps to Beat the Holiday Blues, refresh your mind, renew your spirit.

Born in Port-de-Paix Haiti in 1955, JTL entered theology studies at Notre Dame de Lourdes seminary there, and has since dedicated his life to studying and sharing the human being energy existence of wisdom.

JTL moved to the USA in 1977 and founded The Wisdom Institute - where he works with adults and teens - helping them become the best person they were created to be.
