Navigating Life with Purpose

The "Bearded One" aka Ottis west discusses values meaning and purpose as we face the toughest thing most of us will encounter life.  How can we Navigate the daily grind and not only get through but grow an thrive in, during, and after the adversity. We will look at this through two lenses Psychology and the Chrsitian perspective.  I fully acknowledge from a biblical perspective there is nothing new under the sun and that all knowledge comes from God.
