Homeless in Modesto Screening July 19 at the State Theatre

Join us at 5PM on FM93.3 as we interview Richard Anderson, Leng Nou and Frank Ploof regarding their work with the homeless.  Additionally we will talk about the upcoming screening on their film on the homeless at July 19, 7-9 p.m. at the State Theatre, Modesto

In the film you will be able to:

• Hear the stories of several local homeless folks, and about the root causes of homelessness, its harsh effects, and our imperfect solutions.

• Tour three important Modesto shelters: the Salvation Army Berberian Shelter, the Gospel Mission, and Family Promise.

• Hear local City and County officials explain their policies and plans to remediate and hopefully to prevent homelessness.
