OVERSPENDING FOR THE LAW IN STANISLAUS COUNTY

The scandal involving overpayments to contractors and vendors at the City of Modesto should move into the oversight of the California Department of Justice.   Enough of the excuses, outright misstatements of fact, kicking the can down the road and the final respite of scoundrels – scapegoating a clerical employee down the ranks.  Taking Personal Responsibility in a leadership position in Modesto is just not done.  Sad state of affairs.
