DA SHOPS FOR JUDGES

the District Attorney's Office in Stanislaus County has made a practice of shopping for judges who will be favorable to their ability to obtain convictions.

Even with that advantage they have failed to convict those that they want to go after because of defense attorney Frank Carson.

Carson has successfully defended former Mayor Carmen Sabatino, bail bondsman AJ Pontillo, Junior college criminal instructor Frank Drummond, just to name a few.
