Judge asked to hold DA in contempt for jury trial misconduct
“To all who come before this court;
On the above date and time the defendant will move to the court to issue an order to show cause hearing date to examine issues of trial misconduct; violation of the court’s orders and unethical withholding of evidence regarding a witness; and the crime of attempting to corrupt the jury.”

DA Dave Harris defends his corruption of jury
After losing a five-month trial to convict bail bondsman AJ Pontillo Dave Harris must defend himself for corrupting the jury.
He says that even if there was corruption of the jury, it didn’t make any difference, because AJ Pontillo was acquitted on all counts by 12 jurors and three alternates.
Politicos say Judge Scott Steffen will let Harris and Jacobsen go.
He is working on the theory of no harm, no foul.
If you attempt to rob a bank and come away without any money, Harris would not prosecute you. Really?
