Dutch Danny and the Bindroid team have released Bindroid XTC v2.0 for the HTC One X! They claim that this is a stable build of ICS and Sense 4 with a custom skin and icons. The ROM includes Busybox 1.19.4, a recompressed System, persistent ADB, Aroma installer 2.0, custom boot animation, and a couple apps. You can find the ROM in the HTC One X forums.
