Interview with Diana Tressler

Diana is a retired teacher, a counselor, and a consultant for small businesses who lives in Virginia Beach. Before her relocation to VA, Diana was in a 25-year relationship with an Iowa farmer. She enjoyed a loving family and wonderful friends. She loved gardening and writing and exploring new ideas. She was a very busy woman and felt blessed. With all this “bliss,” why wasn’t she happy enough to stay? Why instead of nurturing her 25-year relationship, socializing with family and friends, baking and gardening did she leave all this and move half-way across the country to live by herself? Diana will share her fascinating story about how, at 67, she chose to create a life she loves rather than settle for one that was familiar.
