Today we will have a candid discussion about the Dred Scott case, 1866 Civil Rights Act, and the 14th Amendment. Is the 14th Amendment really “bad” like the Gurus teach, is it for “public people”, and does it apply to you?  Is the 1866 Civil Rights Act the law that protects the rights of persons not considered “white” by the judiciary, or is the 14th Amendment the answer? We will read a case named Virginia v. Rives, 100 US 313 - Supreme Court (1880).
