Uniform Commercial Code - TBFS Radio Kevin Hunter and Jeffrey O'Brien

    in Business

Join Kevin Hunter and Jeffrey O'Brien as they discuss the importance and effect of the Uniform Commerical Code.

The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC or the Code), first published in 1952, is one of a number of uniform acts that have been promulgated in conjunction with efforts to harmonize the law of sales and other commercial transactions in all 50 states within the United States of America. The goal of harmonizing state law is important because of the prevalence of commercial transactions that extend beyond one state.

Can A Universal Code Of Ethics Be Made National Law?

    in Women

We often disagree on religion, culture, and language, but human beings can all agree that they don't want to be mistreated. Right treatment of others is not a religious theology, but a way of life. It'd we all agree on this Universal Code Of Ethics, as collectively formulated by our listeners, will that make it easier to identify when someone has violated the code of ethics and is guilty of wrong behavior? If all people are held to the same standard, will it be easier to get rid of public servants who are guilty of crimes?  Should a universal code of ethics include laws that govern sexuality? Is sexual behavior something that should be governed by law? If we all willingly agree to live by a universal code of ethics can we abolish all law enforcement agencies and live in a police-free society?

CUTV News Radio spotlights Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner Linda Blaser

    in Self Help

Grafton, OH – Have you tried everything and just can't seem to change or improve certain life problems?

Linda Blaser is a licensed psychotherapist, Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner and the founder of Rebalance Your Life. She believes what prevents us from creating the life we hope to live are our trapped emotions.

“People don’t want to believe the traumas of their childhood can still be with them and making decisions for them. They want to believe it just goes away,” says Linda. “My clients are intelligent and capable. They’re looking for growth but they have problems to solve. I don’t want someone to go through that if they don’t have to. It’s a choice.”

With 30 years of counseling experience, Linda’s goal is to help her clients understand themselves and what may be preventing them from making the changes they desire. Linda says she herself struggled with the lingering trauma of difficult early-life experiences but says she found ways to manage and overcome.

“I suffered a lot of childhood trauma and it plagued me for my entire life,” recalls Linda. “I became a therapist because I wanted to figure out what I needed to do to fix myself.

That’s when Linda discovered the Emotion Code and Body Code, which seeks to release the trapped emotions associated with trauma so new decisions can be made.

“When I was first introduced to the Emotion Code I thought it made tremendous sense. I was very skeptical at first, but it showed me over and over that it worked,” says Linda. “I’ve always really enjoyed helping people, but it’s even better now because I feel so much freer."

Sarah Joyce Michel is talking about the Emotion and Body Code

    in Health

Have you wondered what is the Emotion or Body code?  One of the I Love my Body Diet Program directors and leaders Sarah Joyce Michel will be sharing an overview of these powerful and popular practices.  She is taking volunteers to show how it works right here and now.

A Certified Emotion and Body Code Practitioner. Energetic healing techniques that eliminate emotional energy resulting from stressful or traumatic events in our lives. Most of us believe we have moved on and put the past in the past. Yet more often the negative emotions and thoughts we experience when in the midst of difficult situations remain with us, buried within our subconscious creating imbalances in our body. Although we can’t see them, they are real and can interfere with our happiness, our success and our health. Trapped emotions and thoughts often manifest as physical pain. They can be the source of depression, anxiety, block us from experiencing love and joy in our lives. The Emotion and Body Code use applied kinesiology, also known as muscle testing, to identity these negative energies. We then release the energy via the Governing Meridian or main energy channel of the body.  http://sarah-joyce-michel.branded.me/

Dr. Mario Martinez, neuropsychologist, on his book: The Mind Body Code

    in Self Help

Continuing on the subject of understanding the relationships between the mind, brain and body, Mitchell’s guest this evening is neuropsychologist, consultant, teacher and author Mario Martinez. Dr. Martinez’ book The Mind Body Code has met with international acclaim. Sounds True has produced The Mind-Body Code as a CD set as well.

Dr. Mario E. Martinez is a clinical neuropsychologist. In 1998 he developed his theory of Biocognitive Science based on research that demonstrates how thoughts and their biological expression coemerge within a cultural history. Academic science continues to divide mind and body, as well as ignore the influence cultural contexts have on the process of health, illness and aging. For example, cultures that support growing older as a positive development associated with increased wisdom and abilities have higher numbers of centenarians living healthier lives, than cultures that view aging as a process of inevitable deterioration.
