S. Chris Edmondshas co-authored Blanchard’s bestselling book, Leading at A Higher Level, and award-winning culture change process. As Blanchard’s culture expert and most experienced consultant , he has helped numerous clients create a high performing, values-aligned culture using their proven process.

Chris serves as an executive coach for senior leaders engaged in culture change initiatives. His process coaching helps senior leaders understand their unique responsibility to clarify expectations, refine systems, and consistently demonstrate desired values, as well as to hold leaders and staff accountable to demonstrate those values.

Chris is a coauthor of Blanchard’s culture change process (based on Ken Blanchard’s best selling book, Gung Ho!®), which was recognized as one of the Top Ten Training Programs of 2000 by Human Resource Executive magazine.

A graduate of Whittier College with a degree in education, Chris holds a secondary teaching credential from California Lutheran College. He has his master’s degree in human resource and organizational development, University of San Francisco. Chris is a faculty member of The Ken Blanchard Companies’cosponsored Master of Science in Executive Leadership program at the University of San Diego.
