Obstacle Racing - Questions and Answers

We get a lot of questions asked regarding various training approaches for OCR and Running. We feel this makes for great content on The Natural Running Network. Our Facebook friends were good enough to provide us with quite a few questions; unfortunately time does not permit us to answer them all in one episode.
