The State Bar of California wants to micro-manage the way attorneys conduct their practice.  Clients put their attorneys under the bus by making complaints to the State Bar of California as a way to obtain an undeserved refund.  The State Bar enables these clients by opening disciplinary investigations forcing California attorneys to refund earned fees by threatening to harm their law license.

Three to four years of law school.  200,000 in debt...a controlling State Bar...clients scamming their attorneys...is it worth it?
