There seems to be some confusion over fireworks in California. Take Riverside County where consumer fireworks are illegal, except for five cities. It creates a situation where people purchase fireworks and take them to cities where they're illegal, an in the process they break serious laws. We'll explain the dilemma, and get your opinion.
Also in Riverside County some people in Murrieta are forcing buses of undocumented immigrants away from a Murrieta facility. The passengers were brought over from Texas for processing at Border Patrol station.
And we'll take your calls LIVE about the 4th of July.
THE CFPB AND STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA SHUT DOWN MY BUSINESS UNDER THE GUISE OF "PROTECTING THE PUBLIC". IN THE PROCESS, THEY HUNG OVER 800 HOMEOWNERS "OUT TO DRY" AND CAUSED THE LOSS OF APPROXIMATELY 150 HOMES. A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, THEY HAVE MADE NO EFFORT TO REFUND ANY OF THE MONEY THAT THESE HOMEOWNERS PAID MY BUSINESS DESPITE BLATANTLY INTERFERING WITH MY HOMEOWNER'S RIGHT TO RECEIVE FULL PERFORMANCE UNDER THEIR CONTRACTS. THESE AGENCIES WERE CONFRONTED BY A HOMEOWNER TODAY WHO WAS SEEKING A REFUND....AND THE COUNTLESS LIES THEY TOLD THIS POOR HOMEOWNER AS TO WHY SHE DIDN'T RECEIVE ONE WILL BOOGLE YOUR MIND!

Does the State Bar of California have the actual authority to regulate lawyers? If it doesn't, than its strong-arm tactics would be of no force and effect!
The State of California and the Department of State uses the US Passport laws to prevent honest parents who pay their child support from leaving the country. Ventura County is known for putting child support amounts on poor parents, then by giving them a deal, they cut the amount down, but places that amount on arrears and charges over six percent per month on the reduced amount, creating an overage that can never be paid off. It's the worse case of human slavery in modern times. California is also the ones that used gaming money to fund the evcation system and spend the monies on over things. When gaming revues went down, the state went into chaos and along with it, the child support system. Parents who were on the welfare system years ago, will not receive one dime of this money, ever. It's very sad that the US Government is a partner in crimes against parents.

The Riverside City Council is facing an upcoming vote that will determine the fate of the system of cameras that take pictures at serveral intersections in town. When the red-light camera system started in Riverside there were 30 cameras-- already several have been removed-- however the city still has 11 cameras in operation.
The red-light cameras in Riverside are operated by Redflex, a company based in Arizona.
Riverside Council Member Mike Soubirous is a former CHP commander, and he believes the camera system should be removed. The question: Does the rest of the council agree, or at least a simple majority?
Soubirous will join us LIVE on InstantRiverside.com Talk Radio. We'll also take calls from listeners, especially people who live in Riverside. Do you want the red-light cameras to stay or go?

The “Wet Your Whistle” Series continues with MICHAEL MADRIGALE, HEAD SOMMELIER at Bar Boulud!
We can’t imagine anyone better than Michael Madrigale, Head Sommelier at Bar Boulud and overseer of the wines at Epicerie and Boulud Sud to talk us through how to intelligently buy wines in a restaurant. A Food & Wine 2012 “Top Sommelier” title holder, Michael is well positioned to guide us on how to order wines properly, what to consider, what to ask and most importantly, what NOT to do. In particular, the restaurant’s emphasis on Rhone Valley and Burgundy wines will allow us to relate specific examples of Michael’s wisdom in a narrower band to make the discussion far more applicable in a restaurant setting generally or specifically at one of the Boulud restaurants.
Join us live at noon on July 23rd as we continue our Wet Your Whistle series, and give you something tangible to show off with the next time you pick up the wine list at a restaurant!
Join us live at the Tri-State Ministry Center for our Sunday morning services. Each service will inspire you and challenge you. We pray that during today's service the Spirit of God meets you wherever you are listening. Be a part of our growing internet congregation each Sunday at 10AM est.
