Excellent info Kim and Tyrone, my home was in foreclosure for 2 years the bank finally did modify our loan and drop the monthly payment for the next 5 years, we went directly to the bank. I also agree the market has away to go yet, many commerical buildings here in NJ have been for rent/lease for the pass 6 years and more coming on everyday. These Guys can not pay their Mortgages on those buildings because the offices are empty, they are just coming into foreclosure here. Many are resorti
