Ep 300 General Flynn, FISA & FARA – Failures Owned by Mueller

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has just released the sentencing guideline memo against General Michael Flynn. Interestingly and ironically, it appears focused on matters about unregistered lobbying for Turkey in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

This is an Act that was changed under President Bill Clinton and exploited by the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation while Robert Mueller was in charge of policing such violations as Director of the FBI.

In this episode, Doug Hagmann takes a deep dive, connecting FARA with its cousin FISA, and notes abuses of both acts and the important relationship to Uranium One.
