Obutt wants to do away with Columbus Day, but California is now going to honor Harvey Milk with his own celebrated bday each year. The cost of a holiday is immense to employers who are already leaving CA in droves. And it is a great cost to the State which is already facing bankruptcy. Arnold = Obutt
