New Generation of Parent 12-19. . .Part 1

Statistics say that teenage pregnancy is at its lowest point in 60 years; why is it that we have so many teens applying for government assistance to aid in the raising of there children? Why do we not have madiated designed programs to teach these teenagers not to become pregnant? Who is reponsible for teaching our children sexual education the right way? How do we get some of these irresponsible parents of these teens to step up and become a positive inticate part to stop this possible generational crisis.
