(WOW) Canelo vs Chavez Jr., Early PPV Number 1 MILLION BUYS

Rumors are swirling about the Canelo Alvarez vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. PPV numbers and all signs are pointing skyward. Per Dan Rafael, “No official numbers yet for #CaneloChavez PPV but I’m told it will be at least 1 million buys. A huge number for the fight #boxing.” 

If this rumor is true, does this propel Canelo back ahead of new golden boy Anthony Joshua as the face of the sport? Will Canelo/GGG do bigger numbers than this? Can we call this PPV a success?
