It's no secret when I wrote my book "I Don't Want to Look Like a Man" I was going after one particular demographic: Women who think having strong lean muscles was not a sexy look.  Working out and strength training is a matter of maintaining your body so that it functions at optimal levels.  Most people have no problem with investing money into their cars but will hem and haw about investing into their fitness.

My guests this week are here to create a paradigm shift in people's thinking.  I believe being sexy is a function of how you feel about yourself, but being fit is simply mathematical.  How fast can you walk a mile, can you climb two flights of stairs, is your body strong enough for the stress of everyday life?

Allison Moyer, Amy Stratton and a few other ladies will provide you with their incentive and rationale for why they love it and why you should do it too. They will share with us their joy for training and why they feel that training is important for everyone.
