This weeks show we will be talking with Sifu Sean McKelven Chief Instructor of  Yee's Hung Ga Kung Fu Academy.  So why Kung Fu.  Well martial arts is an activity that I have always been partial to and its power to not only mold the body but the transformative nature it has on a person's mind/attitude.

Angie Womack of Fit In Inc Personal & Group Persoal Training will also be on the show sharing her philosophy, health and fitness tips.  Ms Womack and Sifu Sean operate out of the same building in Lansdowne, PA.

Michell Govan the D'Stress Diva will also be on the show she has an interesting program that I believe is worth listening about as stress (I've been a victim of it myself) must be managed.

What I am talking about with this program is change, attitude, habits of success.  So listen in to Sifu Sean,  Angie Womack, and Michelle Govan and learn something.

The art of changing yourself deals with health, wellness, fitness, many of the subject matter will be taken from issues that stem from the book "I Don't Want to Look Like a Man". This book looks at atttudes surrounding health, wellness and fitness. The book was marketed to women specifically African American women but any woman that has to deal with the health of her self and her family can relate to many of the topics within the book.  That is the first hour.
