Jennifer decides to focus on an incident that most recently happened to her regarding an event and how it showed two faces of itself, the public and the private. It's concerning when the public image is nice and friendly, but when you receive unfriendly emails to inquiries, it really confuses attendeess on whether this is a worthwhile event or not.
