The African American & Latino Chamber of Commerce of Delaware is talking to Dr. Pinkett about the economy, how to grow small businesses and what professionals can do to further there business ventures.

Our second guest for the show was Richelle Shaw. Richelle is the only African American women to own a public utility company. She told about how she bought the company from her boss, lost everything due to 9/11 and then built it all back again!
