In this show I discuss the needs of teachers and learners and business developers in the 21st century. While reflecting on the changes the Internet has made in the last 12 years reveals the need to be adaptable to change. We examine how the changes in the Internet have caused a shift from formal expert based learning to any joe informal learning. The need for triangulation, and learner based critical thinking in today's informal learning world. I ask the question again. If the teacher learns most then why don't we let the students teach so they learn more? In a world of informal learning, social learning why couldn't the student teach as well? Hope you enjoy the show. Remember, You Teach, You Learn! Make your request to be on The Teach Jim Show at TeachJim.com.
