Calls like this happen far too often. Daily as a matter of fact... 911 Operators and Dispatchers receives calls like this on a regular basis.  Geographically speaking, large cities like Chicago Illinois, a city that restricts gun ownership and concealed carry to a large degree, receives hundreds of calls like this each and every year!
