Chris Williams stars as Roy in the NBC comedy “One Big Happy.”

An extremely versatile performer in film, television and on stage (like his well-known sister Vanessa), Williams is no stranger to the entertainment arena both on and off camera.

Williams’ recent film credits include “Sex Ed” with Haley Joel Osment, “The Squatters” with Richard Dreyfuss and “Dealing with Idiots.” Other favorite films include “The Joneses,” “Lottery Ticket” and “The World’s Fastest Indian,” in which he played Tina, a transvestite opposite Sir Anthony Hopkins. Williams is also frequently recognized for his starring roles in “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story” and “Friday After Next.”

In addition to “One Big Happy,” his multiple television credits include major arcs on “Satisfaction” and “Family Time.” He also guest-starred as his sister’s doppelganger on “Ugly Betty,” and he appeared in multiple episodes of Showtime’s “Californication.”

Additional television credits include HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” in which he played the title role of Krazee Eyez Killa, and David E. Kelley’s “The Wedding Bells.” He has also guest starred on “Monk,” “24,” “Weeds,” “CSI,” “CSI: Miami” and “Reno 911,” to name a few. Williams has also enjoyed a recurring character on “The Late Show with David Letterman” as a disgruntled audience member.

Williams continues to perform stand-up comedy, appearing at top comedy clubs around the world including Caesar's Palace, The Improv, The Comedy Store and The Venetian. Critics and audiences alike lauded his character-rich one-man show, “Old Blue Eyes Is Black.”
