Has most Americans prepare To commemorate the 242nd Birthday of the greatest nation for human liberty and governance EVER in the history of mankind, the US;  there are those who say that the ONLY meaningful observations about the United States are those events that are connected with atrocity, slavery, genocide, racism, and injustice.  They say that any appeal to the better angels and principles of the history of the United States is merely an exercise in obscufatory hypocricy and misdirection, designed to misdirect the truly insidious and evil nature of the US and it's founding.
