The ABC Show: Social Engineering

There's probably a few examples of social engineering that many people can agree on... religion, politics, media (hype)..... but how much do we really think about what it means to social engineer people, a group, society? What does it mean that we live in a society that is controlled by the former slave masters; who mostly control the levers to social engineer? If white folks were socially engineering black folk, what would it look like?
