Ministers & Mischief: Follow The Leader?

Many people outside the realm of "organized religion" despise ministers and the whole church thing. Calling ministers everything from pimps to thieves. More recently, some people who are members of churches are becoming less tolerant of ministers as well. Do we remain loyal and follow our spiritual leaders in spite of their humanness, forgiving them as we have been forgiven, or do we follow them as they follow Christ, and exactly what does that mean? Would you part ways if your minister were found in spiritual mischief?
