Carolyn Carnell began a new phase in her life and career when her natural ability to read bodies was recognized by elders of the Mi-Wok-Pomo Indian tribe, who initiated Carolyn as a medicine woman. Ms. Carnell has a 2-year Masters degree in the area of energy medicine and continues exploring her awareness into the subtle energy world. Lately, she has been studying the effects of our technology and their effects on our bodies. Carolyn's focus has always been health and wellness. As an interior designer based in the San Francisco bay area, she specialized in designing healthy environments. Her work achieved international recognition when published in Ro Logrippo's In My World: Designing Living and Learning Environments for the Young, (NY: John Wiley & Sons, 1995) and Better Homes and Gardens, Kids’ Rooms: Where the Fun Begins (1996).
