How many times have you ignored the nudging in your soul prodding you to dream big and pursue your purpose-driven passion?

If pursuing your purpose was easy everyone would do it. Instead most people just dream about it or engage in disciplined wishing - they spend every day wishing they could do what they love and what they feel called to do.

Stepping out in faith requires determination, consistency, and most of all confidence. Lack of confidence is at the root of procrastination and one of the reasons so many fail at following through. Whether it is launching their business, writing the book, speaking about a topic they are passionate about or starting a project ...without confidence in your calling  you will always fail to take the necessary steps to move your forward.

In this first Launch Talk episode of 2013, I'm sharing how you can be more confident in your calling and begin boldly, living your purpose, working your passion and making an impact.

I also speak with Tea Silvstre (the Word Chef) , Executive Producer of the new reality web series for entrepreneurs: Prosperity's Kitchen. We'll talk about how she came up with the idea, what the biggest challenges have been so far, and what she hopes to accomplish for solopreneurs everywhere.
