Dylan Raddant - a symbol of social change in Duluth; legislative candidate

Dylan Raddant has been a volunteer for the Republican party since high school.  He grew up in Superior but now lives in Duluth, Minnesota.  He is running for the 7A Minnesota house seat located in Eastern Duluth.  He is also transgendering into a woman which is mainly notable because he is probably the only candidate in the U.S. running for public office in the Republican party who is doing that. 

Here is her pitch:

My name is Dylan C. Raddant; and I am running for the 7th District of Minnesota's House.  As a Republican, I am committed to the ideals brought forth from our ancestors, including our Founding Fathers.  I, as you are,  have been alienated by a bloated Government that is not held accountable to the public.  I will no longer, as a hard-working American, allow my people to become indebted to inefficient projects.  I envision a New America, one where all humans collide together in a melting pot to hold themselves to a higher plane of thought.
