Parental Alienation is an international problem. One Florida father began a Father's Rights march at the County Court where he felt his case had dragged on for way too long once it reached $750K, and attorneys were clamoring for another $100K and the case is in its 11th year. On October 6th, Dr. Wardner was interviewed by Jill Egizii, Pres. of the International PAAO and Cook County Family Court Judge Michele Lowrance. Unfortunately, unaware that "ending" the show meant the entire show would archive itself, we lost 51 minutes of that show. We are bringing you what was salvaged along with Dr. Wardner's responses to all our questions. After 10 years, the court has finally granted a Trial date of Oct 18th. Two years ago, the Judge on the case, chose an evaluator from 6 he was considering. He ordered a full Custody Evaluation in the form of a thorough Family Evaluation. That report, still sits in the hands of the Volusia County Judge now assigned to the case, who has yet to read it. For 2 & 1/2 years, not one hearing has been held regarding the children. The most recent 37 page transcript only mentions the children twice. The 1st; to state that they reside with the mother; the 2nd; to state that the father has not seen his children in 3 years. Attorneys’ fees however, are mentioned 77 times. Not surprisingly, an additional emergency "attorneys’ fees" hearing has hurriedly been scheduled for October 13th (just 5 days before the trial begins). Dr. Wardner says, "When my children are adults, they will know, that I never gave up on them and that I never stopped loving them."
