Monica believes that a major issue of concern right now is women’s rights. She strongly feels that we still have a long way to go before we can be proud of a free and fair society. As an instance, women in Bangladesh own only 3% of all enterprises. Monica is therefore committed towards achieving equitable leadership and freedom of mobility for women. To that end, she has authored articles and created multimedia stories to highlight women’s rights.
