On April 1, 2000, while Angela Alexander was in Japan on military duty, her husband and four children were involved in a fatal car crash. The Alexander's car fell twenty-five feet off the highway, landed upside down in the Salvation Army's parking lot on top of two parked vehicles with people inside. Angela's husband, their two daughters and the people in the parked vehicles survived the crash. However, their two 8-year old sons died instantly at the scene.

Angela has experienced ache in the very depths of her soul. Today, she is a living testimony of God's amazing grace and supernatural comfort that not only sustains her, but has allowed her to feel true joy again. She is on a mission to help women and men turn their pain into power and their grief into peace.
